Return Policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you envisioned—and that's okay. Whether the finish isn't quite right, the size doesn't fit your space, or you've simply changed your mind, we're here to help make the process as smooth as possible.

Many of the products offered by Horizon Interiors are specially ordered from our suppliers or manufactured specifically for your order. Because of this, returns involve additional handling, shipping, and supplier restocking charges.

Restocking Fees

To help offset these costs, the following restocking fees apply:

  • Hardware, Decorative Plumbing Fixtures, Lighting, and Vanity Cabinets: 25% restocking fee
  • To avoid restocking fees, customers may choose store credit for the full value of the returned merchandise or exchange the item for another product.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs to our showroom. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

Eligible for Return

To qualify for a return, products must:

  • Be delivered within the past 30 days
  • Be unused, uninstalled, and in new condition
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Include all parts, hardware, instructions, and documentation

Returnable Products

  • Cabinet Hardware
  • Decorative Plumbing Fixtures
  • Lighting Fixtures
  • Vanity Cabinets
  • Hardwired Lighting under 30" in height, width, or diameter

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products delivered more than 30 days ago
  • Installed, assembled, altered, or used products
  • Products missing original packaging
  • Hardwired lighting 30" or greater in height, width, or diameter
  • Countertops, backsplashes, sinks, and custom vanity tops
  • Made-to-order, custom, or personalized products
  • Special-order items
  • Discontinued items
  • Clearance and sale items
  • Open-box products

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify Horizon Interiors within 96 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after 96 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

For approved damage or manufacturer defect claims, Horizon Interiors will cover all replacement and shipping costs. The customer will not be responsible for any shipping charges related to damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at 705-728-9888 or info@horizoninteriors.ca. To help expedite your claim, please include photographs of the product, packaging, and any visible damage.

We will gladly resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.

Return Processing

Once your return request has been approved, a customer service representative will provide return instructions.

All returned merchandise undergoes a quality control inspection upon arrival. Please allow 3–5 business days after receipt for inspection and processing.

Items returned without authorization, without original packaging, found to be used or installed, or returned with unpaid shipping charges may be refused and returned to the sender.
