Return Policy: Hardware, Fixtures & Lighting

We understand that sometimes a piece just doesn't work out the way you imagined—and that's okay! Whether the finish isn’t what you expected or the size just isn’t right, we’re here to help make it right.

Please note that hardware, fixtures, and lighting items are typically special-ordered just for you and not stocked in our warehouse. Because of this, returns involve additional handling fees from our suppliers.

Restocking Fees

    • Hardware: 50% restocking fee
    • Lighting & Fixtures: 20% restocking fee
    • To avoid restocking fees, you may opt for store credit at the full value of your purchase or exchange your item for another.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping to our showroom. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, less original shipping and handling, which are non-refundable unless the item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Eligible for Return

    • Delivered within the past 30 days
    • Unused and uninstalled
    • In original packaging with all parts, instructions, and paperwork

Returnable Items Include

    • Hardware (uninstalled, with all packaging)
    • Lighting with a plug
    • Hardwired lighting that is under 30" in height, width, or diameter

Not Eligible for Return

    • Delivered over 30 days ago
    • Missing original packaging or packaging is damaged
    • Installed or altered in any way
    • Hardwired lighting that is 30" or more in height, width, or diameter
    • Customized, personalized, or special-order items unless damaged or defective

If your item meets the criteria above, you can initiate a return using the link below. A customer service representative will contact you within 1–2 business days with the next steps.
Please note: all returned items go through a quality control review, which may take 3–5 business days from the time your return is received. Items received without original packaging, found to be used/installed, or returned without paid postage will be sent back to the sender.
