Shipping policy

 

At Horizon Interiors, we’re committed to making your shopping experience seamless and enjoyable. We carefully select the brands and manufacturers we work with, ensuring quality and craftsmanship in every product. While we stock many of our most popular items, a portion of our collection is made to order. 

Standard Shipping within Canada

We ship to most regions across Canada using Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, UPS, or other reliable carriers.

For larger items, deliveries may be completed by a local delivery company in your area.

If your order includes items from multiple manufacturers, they may arrive in separate shipments.

Standard delivery includes delivery to your doorstep or building lobby only. Our delivery partners do not bring items into your home or provide assembly services.

Deliveries to remote or rural addresses may require additional charges. If this applies, we will notify you of the cost before finalizing your order.

Please note that we cannot ship to PO Box addresses.

 

Lead Times

Delivery timelines vary depending on whether your item is in stock or made to order:

In-stock hardware: approx. 14 business days

In-stock lighting: 10–14 business days

Made-to-order or special-order items: typically 1–6 weeks (varies by manufacturer)

If an item is not in stock, we will notify you within 72 hours of your purchase with the expected lead time. At that time, you may choose to continue with your order or cancel it.

Express or expedited shipping may be available for select in-stock items upon request. Additional costs may apply. Please contact us to discuss options.

 

Back Orders

Backordered items will ship as soon as they become available. You will be notified by email or phone of any delays and expected timelines.

 

Damages

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, damages or defects may occasionally occur. To ensure a smooth resolution:

Please inspect your items at the time of delivery.

Report any damage or defect to our Customer Experience Team within 48 hours of receiving your order.

If you refuse delivery due to visible damage, the item will be returned to the local terminal for inspection.

 

Please note:

Claims for damaged lighting can take 2–3 weeks to process.

We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible once your claim is approved.
